StazaCare is provided on a 12-month plan, billed monthly in advance. This lets us keep the flat R749 per-practice rate with every feature included and onboarding support at no extra cost. Full terms are set out in our terms and conditions.

Each practice includes seats for 2 doctors, 3 receptionists and 2 admins, plus unlimited lab staff — all at no extra per-user cost. Need more clinical or front-desk seats? Add another practice, which is its own subscription unit at R749/month.

WhatsApp automation is built into every plan: automated appointment reminders, post-visit review requests, in-chat invoice payment links, pre-appointment intake forms, and targeted WhatsApp campaigns to opted-in patients. Standard Meta WhatsApp conversation rates may apply, and every message respects patient opt-in and POPIA.

Yes. Both the email and WhatsApp campaign builders are included in the base plan. WhatsApp bulk messages use Meta-approved templates and only reach patients who have opted in; standard Meta WhatsApp conversation rates may apply.

Onboarding support is included for all new practices. Ongoing support is available via email and our support portal.

No. StazaCare does not impose any limits on the number of patients, appointments, records, or documents in your system. Staff accounts are the one exception — those are allocated per practice (2 doctors, 3 receptionists, 2 admins, plus unlimited lab staff).

Yes. Multi-practice management is a core feature of StazaCare. One login, one group-level dashboard, with branch-level switching. Each practice is billed separately at R749/month.

Patient marketing consent is captured and recorded during registration, with timestamps and audit logs. No WhatsApp or email campaign can be sent to a patient who has not opted in. The system enforces this automatically.
